No Refunds: All event tickets purchased through JammuCity.com are strictly non-refundable. Please double-check all event details before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for services booked through JammuCity.com are only possible if the service has not yet started. Once the service has begun, no refunds will be provided.
Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service, please do so before the service commences. Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation is confirmed before the start time.
Returns for Tickets- Tickets are not returnable and non refundable
Return for products – For the customize products and caps we are not providing any kinds of returns.
We offer on spot, 1 day return for items / products, which is non customized. Products should not be used and packing should be as original. There should be no signs of damages.
Shipping- We are providing T shirt and caps on spot in the event only.

Zero Refunds: All sales of customized items are final. No refunds will be issued for any customized products purchased through JammuCity.com. Products / Items, booked/ordered specially to be used during events use will also carry zero refund value.
100% Product Refunds : Refunds will be processed if the items / products are not customised. Products should not be used and packing should be as original. There should be no signs of damages.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the respective accounts wihtin 5 to 10 days.
